You can absolutely taste the freshness. To think this will be available year round is phenomenal! Knowing it’s pesticide and herbicide free is golden for my family!

The kale from Borealis Farms was fresh and tender. It was delicious in salads and smoothies.  Even my husband and children who claimed that they did not like kale ate it and enjoyed it.

Je croyais que je n’aimais pas le Kale, ce genre de laitue bizarre qui est très bonne pour la santé. Jusqu’au jour où j’ai goûté le Kale de Borealis Fresh Farm.  Le Kale frais, qui pousse ici à Timmins, ça c’est bon sans rien d’autre et c’est super dans le smoothie du matin.
