Marc Rodrigue is the president of Borealis Fresh Farms Inc. As an ag-entrepreneur, he has a passion in growing local produce and is driven to bring to market local, high nutrient dense food for our region in an ecological and sustainable way. Using leading edge technology and hydroponic farming methods, Marc continuously works to reduce our regions dependency on out-of-region producers for “fresh” and clean produce and is a supporter of taking some control of our own food chain to increase our food security, eliminate food miles, and decrease our carbon footprint. He also believes in building sustainable employment through the agriculture ecosystem. Marc is also a father of two, husband, and a marathon runner.
